• Hever Castle, Kent
  Hever Castle and Gardens in Kent, with its enchanting double-moated castle and 125 acres of spectacular gardens to explore, offers the visitor plenty to discover and enjoy.
• Rudyard Kipling's Bateman's, East Sussex
  This Jacobean house was the home of Rudyard Kipling and has been left just as he left it, reflecting the author's exotic oriental tastes. Visitors can enjoy its delightful gardens on the River Dudwell and a working watermill.
